Is the Earthworks online booking system secure?
Making purchases on this website is easy and secure. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch credit and debit cards.
How are currencies other than UK Pounds handled?
If you normally receive your card statement in a currency other than UK Pounds, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency on your statement. The currencies we accept are UK Pounds, US Dollars and Euros.
Can I amend or delete an item that I have chosen before completing the order?
Yes. Once you have placed an item in your shopping basket it will remain there until you proceed to process your transaction or leave the Earthworks website. You can access your shopping basket at any time, from any part of the website, by clicking ‘Shopping Basket’ in the top bar. There, you can amend the quantity or alternatively remove an item altogether by clicking the grey ‘remove’ button.
Is VAT included in my booking?
Earthworks products ordered within the UK or EU also include VAT, but it does not apply to orders outside these regions. VAT will be automatically deducted from products to regions outside the UK and EU.
How much is postage and packing?
The standard charge for most items is £3.95. This covers postage, packing and insurance. For large or heavy items you will be prompted to please contact the office and they will be able to advise you.
What is your refund policy?
Should you wish to return items please return them to us within 14 days and we will refund or exchange the cost of the goods - the choice is yours. Please note we can only accept items back in perfect condition. We recommend that items should be carefully wrapped and sent back using registered mail to provide you with proof of despatch. Return postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty. Please contact our customer service team at the address below. Our aim is to make this process as simple as possible.

Buying Earthworks Products
How do I buy a product online?
1. Click the ranges buttons on the home page or on the Left Hand Side Menu when in the website. Then slect the type of product and finally the product itself from the listing.
2. For further details about each product, click ‘image or text link OR proceed to order a product by clicking on 'basket icon.
3. You will see your shopping basket containing details of the products you have selected. You can now confirm your order by pressing 'proceed to checkout' or add more products before proceeding. If you just want to proceed to purchase your products, click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button.
4. You will be asked for your email address and password if you have previously purchased items or made a donation on this site. This enables us to quickly retreive your personal details from our system, so that you don’t have to re-enter them each time you make a purchase through the website.
If you haven't made a purchase before, you will be asked to fill in the simple form before continuing with your transaction.
5. After entering your name and address, you will be asked to confirm your order. Click the ‘continue’ button to enter the payment process. The postage charge will be calcualted according to where the products are being sent and the weight of the package(s). If you are purchasing products from outside the EU, VAT will automatically be deducted from your order.
6. Once you have completed your payment, a receipt will appear on screen, which you should print out. It will also be emailed to you. Please keep a copy of this receipt (if you cannot print the receipt, please note the reference number).
7.Can I amend or delete a product order once I have placed it in my shopping basket? Yes. Once you have placed an product order in your shopping basket it will remain there until you confirm your order or leave the earthworks website. You can amend the number of products or remove a item altogether by clicking the grey ‘remove’ button.
Do you charge my credit/debit card as soon as I book?
Yes, you will be charged immediately. Product purchases are processed ‘live’. This means your debit or credit card is authorised while you are online. Debit or credit card details are only kept by Worldpay for the duration of the transaction, and your payment is processed using SSL, which means the details are completely secure.
What happens if something goes wrong while I’m buying a product online?
Please email info@earthworks.co.uk including your name, brief details of the problem, any error messages and a contact telephone number and email address. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
